Introducing D-unit!

Hey guys just wanted to tell you a little bit about this very special comic.
It was drawn by myself and my 5yr old son Dylan. As a digital artist I work
with a mac, a wacom and a 32'' flat screen lcd that also doubles as our television set.

Dylan gets to constantly watch me draw, so much so that he usually sits behind me and drawing while I work. I finally decided that he should be a part of the fun and the above was what came out. The conversation is real, when I asked him to tell a joke he said 'I don't know' and then walked into his bedroom to get a toy. Funny right? Well, let us all welcome Dylan into the comic fold and congratulate him on his first 'published' work!

If you're interested in watching me draw too check out The Brew @9PM EST tonight!

Mr. T deer

Once again we have a guest writer! This time it's the wonderful Sai Ghose from The Guys Perspective. Check his other writing out why dontcha? Sorry, too much Palin in the news lately.

If you yourself would like to guest write for decaf send me an email: chcomics@yahoo.com

But hey: some exciting my art in the world news!

NEXT WEEK: Meet me all live like and have me try to draw you as a cartoon! I will be in Lancaster PA. December 3rd (open to the public) and December 4th (invitation only) doing live art demos and 'toonifying' people. More information can be found here: Clever Holiday Title.

Should be fun, so please check it out! Or if you're interested in obtaing tickets you can simply email: tickets@cleverholidaytitle.com It all goes for a great cause, "feet on the streets" an organization in Reading, PA. that provides for hundreds of disadvantaged, inner-city children.

AND A WEEK FROM TODAY: My spidey comic will be side by side in an interview with the man himself Stan Lee! An exclusive with Imagine magazine! Be sure to check out the site and look for my comic next to the things that Stan Lee is talking about!

Sorry Norman.

please click to enlarge while looking at the mans arm.

With Apologies to Mr. Rockwell. He truly is one of my all time favorite artists and one of my biggest childhood inspirations. I'm still trying to figure out where I went wrong with that one.

But hey, tonight I will draw for you live! Tonight I will draw the most amazing strip ever drawn by me in a single evening! Tonight I will draw the writings of Sai, one of the Guys. Come and watch this once in a week-time event tonight at 9PM EST on The Brew. Or go watch football, I have a feeling it's more entertaining.

Other notes of interest...
I often get alot of emails/messages in regaurds to my Facebook friends project. (If you don't know, I'm going thru and drawing all of my facebook friends from A-Z) The majority of these emails are people asking for their picture whose names start with letters I'm currently not drawing. And because I love moneys so much if you pay me $10 I will draw your picture before I'm supposed to. You can even pick out the pic that you want all inked and colored. If interested email me: chcomics@yahoo.com I'm currently on the C's, so if your name starts with C just be patient...or pay me ten bucks and force me to work! HA!

Other than that, make sure to stop by and check out Butternut Squash as I've recently received the honor of doing a guest strip for them. I don't know when the strip will be up, but you should check out the comic anyways.

Thank you, that is all! -chuckHarrison

Wow...this nasty comic was drawn before actual people. Some of them were even laughing. Scary. I think you should forsake your football gods and join in next Monday at 9PM EST. It'll only take an hour or so of your time. Then you can get back to eating your sugar fats and hollering like a cave man after the kill. I kid, I kid.

College Humor anyone?

I don't normally do this, but I just wanted to let all of you know that while at the bar I saw this happen in front of me. Two gentlemen who for some remarkable reason both wore the same Jay-z shirt approached each other, pointed, and proceeded to quote the Fonz from Happy Days. I changed the shirts but you get it.-chuckHarrison

Magic Eye Death Threat!

I am also now featured on INeedCoffee.com! Click Here to check out a very nice site dedicated to your favorite beverage and mine.

And last but not least, my Spiderman comic will be appearing in Imagine Magazine's December issue accompanying an article about the man himself, Stan Lee! Wow, how cool is that?! Be sure to go and tell all your friends to go out and somehow get a copy of this mag, and get one for me to.

Yay! I go now to draw more comics and think about just how strange it is that all of you are out there.-chuckHarrison

What time is it?

A brief note on this one, Daniel's original concept/script for this one was a little different. Due to the format of the strip I had to change it. So to be fair and at the same time give you a look into a creative team at work I will now show you Daniel Pevar's original script. Have a nice day.-chuckHarrison

We see a man in the middle of the road and he's looking at his watch. A car narrowly avoids hitting the man with the watch. The driver in the car is yelling out the window, "Watch out, man!" And, the man with the watch replies, "It's out already!" -Daniel Pevar
